removedAdjust the interaction between toxin damage and evasion. Lightning damage now no longer has a 25% chance to deal damage based on max HP; instead, it now always partially penetrates defense.
addedModify arena challenge logic. Now, failing a challenge will reduce the hidden matchmaking rating (MMR) for arena opponents. Arena battles now have a chance to drop creature banners, which improve performance when fighting against that specific creature type.
addedRevise Star Sea challenge logic. The Star Sea now consists of only one map. Instead of dropping creature genes, the Star Sea now drops skill books. These skill books can be used, within certain restrictions, to directly add a skill to a creature, replace an existing skill, or upgrade a skill's level.
addedRework the post-level-40 experience. The experience curve for creatures after level 40 has been adjusted. New equipment tiers have been added for levels 60 and 80.
addedModify creature synthesis rules. Creatures can now only gain at most 1 skill from outside their natural skill set through the fusion mechanic.
addedNew Abyss Challenge unlocked after level 40: Random Abyss challenges become available after reaching level 40. In any map or dungeon at this level, Abyss Portals may appear with a certain probability. Bosses encountered will carry special affixes and a stat-doubling aura. Rewards for clearing these challenges include gold/pink equipment, with a guaranteed 1–2 affixes exceeding 60% of the random stat range, plus one additional single affix that may exceed the usual maximum roll.

Adjust the interaction between toxin damage and evasion. Lightning damage now no longer has a 25% chance to deal damage based on max HP; instead, it now always partially penetrates defense.

Modify arena challenge logic. Now, failing a challenge will reduce the hidden matchmaking rating (MMR) for arena opponents. Arena battles now have a chance to drop creature banners, which improve performance when fighting against that specific creature type.

Revise Star Sea challenge logic. The Star Sea now consists of only one map. Instead of dropping creature genes, the Star Sea now drops skill books. These skill books can be used, within certain restrictions, to directly add a skill to a creature, replace an existing skill, or upgrade a skill's level.

Rework the post-level-40 experience. The experience curve for creatures after level 40 has been adjusted. New equipment tiers have been added for levels 60 and 80.

Creature max level caps now vary by star rating:

1-star: max level 50 2-star: max level 60 3-star: max level 70 4-star: max level 80 5-star: max level 99 When a creature reaches its max level, it can undergo reincarnation by consuming the corresponding Ancient God's Blood, increasing its star rating and raising its level cap.

Modify creature synthesis rules. Creatures can now only gain at most 1 skill from outside their natural skill set through the fusion mechanic.

New Abyss Challenge unlocked after level 40: Random Abyss challenges become available after reaching level 40.

New item added: Lv.N Abyss Challenge Scroll. The scroll's color indicates the element type, and the icon represents the creature type. Defensive-type monsters will always drop armor, support-type bosses always drop boots, and attack-type bosses always drop weapons. These scrolls are sold by a new NPC—the Border Guard (located in the Desert)—and may also drop randomly in El Dorado.

El Dorado unlock level changed to 50. The Crystal Hall has been moved to the Star Sea map and is now accessible via a new NPC—the Daughter of the Sea.
