bio-Synthetica changes
I know it’s been a while since the last update. Life threw a few big events my way, and I needed to take a short break to recharge and handle things. I really appreciate your patience during that time.
The good news is I’m back at it, fully focused, and excited to share what’s new. There’s a lot of fresh content and features coming, and I can’t wait for you all to experience them.
ROTTING DEPTHS
Beneath the city’s dust-covered streets lies a labyrinth of decay and forgotten machinery known as the Rotting Depths. The air hangs thick with the stench of decay, and the echo of something alive stirs within the walls themselves.
As R3-M1 descends into the sewers, faint movements and whispers curl through the dark around them. In the gloom, The Shapeless waits, a shifting, sentient mass born of filth and death, growing stronger with every corpse it consumes. Each encounter leaves it changed, more grotesque, more aware. Players will uncover fragments of the city’s buried past as they wade through fetid tunnels and shattered human relics, piecing together what was lost and what refuses to stay buried.
Rotting Depths marks a descent not only into the city’s underbelly, but into the corruption that festers beneath the ruins above. Steam post image
NEW ENEMIES
A parasitic horror known as the Necrocoil has begun to spread deep below the city. This worm-like parasite burrows through the dead, reanimating what it finds and twisting corpses into grotesque new forms. Its presence marks the arrival of four new enemies:
NECRO-GRUNT
NECRO-SPITTER
NECRO-RAT
SECRET ENEMY
EMOTIONAL RESPONSE SYSTEM
R3-M1 can now respond during conversations at certain points. They will be able to answer “yes” or “no” and express four emotions: joy, sadness, shock, and anger. These choices can redirect dialogue and potentially shift the outcome of encounters in favor of either the protagonist or the enemies. Steam post image
SPECIAL EVENT
Players will encounter a pair of damaged Nitro-Boots in a hidden workshop in the Rotting Depths. When activated, R3-M1 automatically boosts forward, launching the player into a high-speed chase mini-game. Dodge debris, avoid hazards, and maintain momentum to survive.
This one-time event transforms the ruined sewer into a thrilling test of reflexes and timing, delivering a pulse-pounding burst of action.
