Smaller update this time, but with some big implications! Blotter balls were making chains hard to use, and some blotters were not so great. So i've added even more!

Blotter Stacking: 4x the power, 4x the fun!

  • Spaces can now hold up to FOUR blotters at once, each tucked into its own corner of the space. Stacking opens up some genuinely nasty combos.

  • Stacked same-direction arrows extend into a longer ray, stacked splash blotters grow their fill radius, and stacked Double blotters multiply harder. Mix and match to taste.

  • Blotters now resolve in a consistent, predictable order (modifiers, then economy, then spreaders) so a stacked space always does its thing the same way.

New Blotters: Do you have your flair?

  • 9 New blotters have been added to the game! Each one is a sticker that can spawn a specific flair type in your spaces every round! One will even spawn a random flair every time!

  • Filling a space with a flair blotter will make that flair appear in another space at random! Get to crafting some even crazier combos!

Bugfixes / Polish / Small Changes

  • Scratchers now reward money for each goal completed, as well as its final reward.

  • Blotter balls can no longer over-write existing blotters on your spaces. They will still activate their effects as well as the spaces blotters.

  • Defeating a boss now rewards you with a dollar for ever 2 HP you have left at the end of combat

  • Various combat-round entry and transition cleanup to prevent residual state from the previous round sticking around.

  • Small improvements to tutorial and controller mode stability

  • A handful of other small irksome fixes that I won't bore you with — but they're in there.

What's Next for Betty?
