Resolved issue where the mouse would get stuck on sliders when using a wheel/gamepad.
Fixed Camera Position settings not loading correctly in builds.
Known Issues
Keyboard input is still very floaty. New car physics is still in polish mode but will hopefully be added next version.
Pedestrians tend to get stuck, especially on sidewalks.
Pedestrians tend to spawn with same models in clusters.
Traffic insists on overtaking on the right side, going offroad instead of using the road.
Camera position isn't ideal for tight spaces.
Performance is still low (getting a big improvement to this next version).
