Audio streaming fixes for Windows 11 + Compact Tablet feature

This release addresses issues with Windows 11 not routing processes to the Bigscreen Audio Stream driver. On Windows 11, using the "Refresh Audio" option should now route app audio to Bigscreen for desktop streaming.

Also includes: - New feature: Compact Tablet - located in the visual settings which downsizes the Bigscreen menu. - Address dynamic range of desktop streams so PCVR users viewing a host's desktop should see true black colors. - Changes control strip positioning to improve ergonomics of the Bigscreen tablet menu. - Excludes running Virtual Desktop processes from being routed to the Bigscreen audio driver. Fixes problems with the Bigscreen app going mute while streaming SteamVR to Quest devices.
