Patch Time!
Hello everyone! It's time for another patch for the EA 0.10 Preview Branch! This patch cleans up EA 0.10 and gets things running smoothly now! We should have cleared the bugs you have all reported, plus added the proper "two-floor support" for the theaters!

Ensure Theater/Cinema is available for new players (some players didn't get one opened up)
You can now properly switch floors between first and second floor in theaters
Default/rival theater layouts now also include decor for the area under the stairs!
Fixed if you use a shopping basket in cinema, game locks up
Fixed Concessions Stand Register wasn't being counted in capacity for theaters or cinemas
Fixed customers warping from theater/cinema concessions to their seat
Fixed Sleeping in cinema causes a huge spike of customers at the front door
Fixed Couldn't connect theater chair to modular chairs
Fixed Cinema happiness boost wasn't stacking
Fixed Wall-Mounted Sink wouldn't work in some levels of the theaters
Fixed some moving services not working with cinemas / theaters
Added Theater audio for actor performances and the audience now applauds between "acts".
Fixed Theater/Cinema licensing fees failing if midnight expenses put you negative but midnight profits brought you back above zero.
Fixed S sized Cinemas couldn't reach 100% interior design due to a few bugged walls
Fixed Chandelier was labeled incorrectly at Red Carpet Depot
Fixed import index for items that only sell in limited locations
Fixed Packing Tool wouldn't delete schedule
Fixed Packing Tool could be used on occupied stations
Fixed Tutorial GPS points to the wrong store if you skipped over quests by doing things early

Lowered "hard mode" wage multiplier slightly, as it made it nearly impossible to be profitable.
