Repeated intro
Hey heroes, big news for our Incremental Dungeon Crawler Beyond the Blight. We just launched the playtest for the game!

Beyond The Blight changes
New Biome: Volcanic
We added one more biome for the players to play through during the playtest. It’s getting a little heated now!
Spells Added
We wanted to add a new active part for the players to manage so we added some spells! Find them through the skill tree, we don’t want to spoil it too much.
Companions
We added some new companions that do different things! You’ll be able to find them through the skill tree as well.
Weapons
New weapons have been added to make visual progression more clear
Map
Players wanted their path choices to feel more impactful. We hope that the map helps provide that feeling! Now, you can plan your path ahead to head towards the resources you need.
Automation Added
Many players asked for upgrades that would allow automation in our game. We added them!
Auto Attack
Auto Walk
Auto Spellcast (New feature!)
Auto Pickup
Balancing:
Made ores more desirable, giving players more reason to choose the mining path
Slightly lowered rewards from chests
Changed enemy health progression to account for the new upgrades/companions added to the game
Make walking faster and corridors shorter
Overall, the pacing of the game will feel much different. Give it another try if you've already played through the prototype!
