10 seconds per line on showrunner (user request)

Added ticket prices to shows/events

Centre column size adjustment in database editor.

**Fixes:**

Issue with wrestler custom images showing blank

Issue with created database retaining default database details

Issue with wrestler gimmick images not updating.

Issue with contract negotiations submit button being off screen.

Issue with incredibly low show attendance.

Issue with rankings reset when new champion crowned

Restored Auto stat generator.
