Hotfix: Banking no bank card

Many people report that they are stuck with banking-related tasks.

Initially, I thought the tutorial confused the player. I even tried to rework the tutorial to make it easier.

But during the reworking, I found out that the tutorial indeed has a bug due to a recent feature I added.

Now the bug is fixed.
