In the meantime, here come the 1.0.6 demo update. For the most part, it addresses some Resurrection Point mechanics shortcomings as well as improving the overall gameplay and usability experience (Detailed release notes bellow).

Stability
Fixed crash when rebinding keyboard input
Fixed losing save data when rushing to load a save slot
Gameplay
No money loss on death anymore (unfair penalty for casual players)
Reduced first shop item cost
Resurrection Point are now permanent until reaching a regular checkpoint
Crystal costs rebalanced (Watchstone Relic boosts and Resurrection Points)
More reliable main character navigation and collisions
Fixed some wall jump inconsistencies
Better character navigation on ledge corners
Displaying NPCs and Architects names
Some minor LD tweaks from playtest feedback (spikes position, platform length, obstructing environment objects)
Fixed the AIFlyingGunner projectile aiming and angle
Full health when unlocking a new ability
Elevation Relics now behave the same as regular checkpoints
Usability
Generator switches glint when activated in the correct order
New tips / tutorials panel
Added more tutorials and in-game information (jump / mastery relic discovery / demo end guidance / resurrection relic / teleport / watchstone relic boost / save progression)
Added option controller screen with controls
Door switch glint feedback when passing by
Added camera pan up/down
Find secret sfx feedback
Improved UI clarity: Not enough money feedback
Added more info to the main menu save slot panel
Added an in-game progression info panel in the pause menu
Preselecting the last save slot when loading a game
Shop text feedback as to why an item can't be bought
