🍺 Beer Onsen Resort – “Brew Streaks & Pressure” Update is Live!

Hey Brewers!

The resort just got a big quality-of-life and brewing-flow refresh. This update focuses on making the actual act of brewing more readable, more tactile, and more rewarding – with new animations, a revamped brewing flow, progression, and some shiny UI upgrades.

🏭 Machines Come to Life

• 

  Machines Animations Added Your brewery is no longer a silent factory. Key machines now have bespoke animations so you can see the process working – great for both feedback and vibes while you brew.

🔧 Brewing Flow Reworks

We’ve taken another pass at the brewing pipeline to make it smoother and more interesting:

• Brewing Flow Reworks

  • Removed the old Cooling phase to reduce downtime and confusion.

  • Added a new Pressure Control phase so you can fine-tune your batch in a more interactive, meaningful way.

This should make each brew feel more dynamic, with less waiting and more decision-making.

📈 New Brewing Progression System

• Brewing Progression System Added Introducing Mastery Levels for brewing.

  • Your Mastery Level now affects brewing difficulty.

  • Higher mastery rewards you with better final product quality.

The more you brew, the more you learn – and the better your resort’s beers become.

📦 UI Improvements & Readability

We’ve polished several parts of the UI so it’s easier to manage your beers and understand what’s going on.Steam post image

• Beer Inventory UI

  • Inventory is now much easier to read during brewing, so you can quickly check what you have without breaking your flow.

• Top Bar UI Arrangement

  • Cleaned up and rearranged the top bar for better at-a-glance information while you manage the resort.

• Recipe Book Stats UI Rework Steam post image

  • Stats and recipe details are now clearer, helping you compare recipes and plan your brewing strategy.

• Finished Product Popup UI Reworks

  • The “brew complete” popup has been refreshed to better showcase your finished beer, including key stats and quality.

🎮 Minigames, Feedback & Feel

We want brewing to feel busy, fun, and a little chaotic (in a good way).

• Perfect Temp/Pressure Minigames

  • New interactive minigames around temperature and pressure add more hands-on tension and “busy” fun during brewing.

• Beer Drop Animation

  • A new animation when beer is dropped/given helps the whole pipeline feel more satisfying and alive.

• Brew Streaks

  • If you successfully brew beer without stopping, you now build up brew streaks!

  • Keep the line running smoothly to rack up those streaks and feel like a true onsen brewmaster.

🧪 More Tech & Settings

• More Tech Upgrades

  

  • Additional tech nodes/late-game improvements have been added to expand your upgrade paths and give you more long-term goals.

• Support Display Settings

  

  • Added more display options such as windowed mode, resolution settings, and related tweaks so you can run the resort comfortably on your setup.
