Some quality of life changes

Thanks to everyone who has played Beautycopter so far!

I got some feedback, so here are the current patch notes:

• There's now a mini tutorial at the start!

• The Beautycopter drops slightly faster now

• No more auto-up when moving forward!

• The simulator room at HQ now has a sign above the door

• Fixed the "I REALLY like to work here" achievement unlocking too early
