Fixes:

• Trail for 1st gun not disabled with off in settings - Incorrect Generator pages when sorting by date created - seems like host takes some extra long time to be passed onto someone when the current host just left reported by Nayllo - GUI global ranks can be out of sync reported by Ryuk - leaderboard disappears when a player in multiplayer leaves reported by Burger
