Steam NextFest Update

🔥 Next Fest is arriving soon, and with that we wanted to do a big celebration. So what better way than with a little tournament?🔥

✨ Whoever can get the best time on the new digital level: Starfall, will win $500 and a free copy of Bean There, Swung That.✨

Please take a second to read the rules below:

This Tournament is for the level: Starfall in Bean There, Swung That.

• You must have the game wishlisted on Steam

• You must be a member of the Official Bean There, Swung That Discord server

• The run must be recorded or streamed with full in game audio and the full game window in view with no cuts or edits

• The run must be shown in its entirety, before the timer starts until after you finish, including the ending screen

• A recording must be provided in the form of a YouTube link or Twitch VOD

• The run must be submitted through the google form found below

• All submissions must be submitted before October 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM PDT

• All accessibility options must be disabled for the run

• You must be 13 years or older

• Runs must be submitted with the correct time, discord name and link.

• You must have a valid method of payment (PayPal or Steam Gift Card)

• All prizes are in USD, if you live abroad, it will be converted to your local currency

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees

• You can submit as many times as you like

• One prize per person

Times will be verified by Backcannon Studios staff.

Any evidence of cheating, editing or exploiting bugs will result in disqualification.

By entering, players agree that Backcannon Studios may use their submitted videos, usernames, and times in promotional materials without additional compensation.

Backcannon Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event if technical difficulties, cheating, or unforeseen issues occur.

-20 new levels for you to explore!

-Soundtrack is now officially in the game!

-Improved UI layout and transitions

-New speed particles and sounds

-Extra effects added to HUD, dying, and finishing a level

-Several improvements to tutorial, including making some levels easier and removing unnecessary dialogue

-Fixed multiplayer bug where late joining would make the player unable to die or finish a level

-Many other small things to improve game feel and polish
