Hey Everyone! Hope everyone is having a nice holiday season! Here's a patch to spice up Bean Battles for the holidays! BALANCE Rocket Launcher - NERF This should give more times for players to react to rockets.

RL Bug: The rocket launcher will no longer occasionally explode the client shooting it.
