First Public Playtest is LIVE! 🚢💥
This is our first external public playtest of Battle Sail. All core mechanics are functional; visuals are still WIP (not final).
What we need from you
Find bugs — as many as possible!
Share ideas for visual polish, gameplay tweaks, and feature additions.
What the game is
Turn-based strategy with two pillars:
Tactical battles — complete objectives to win.
Hideout meta — spend rewards on better gear, unlock bigger ships, and upgrades.
No tutorial (on purpose)
Controls and loops are simple. Two quick tips:
Skip sinking animation: click the mouse wheel.
Cancel a Move: right-click.
What’s in this build
Campaign slice: part of the first campaign with 14 levels.
Quick Modes: Arena and Puzzle.
