Repeated intro
Hey Aces! We've kept to our cave for a few months working on a very large update. We thought we'd have it out by now, but like a Frenzied invasion, it's only gotten larger! Part of the blame rests with our amazing community Discord members who have provided so much great feedback.

Battle Suit Aces changes
You can join the roguelite beta branch using password legsaws12345 (Library->Properties->Betas)
This build is fully compatible with the main campaign, so it's ok to switch over to it for an overall better experience. Just English for now, but localization is in the works!
So, what's coming next to Battle Suit Aces?
New Roguelite Mode
A massive roguelite mode, with new ships, cards, lore, and even daily challenges. We'll reveal the name and all the details later, but for now, let's take a look at some of the key screens.
Steam post image Not just on Zephyr anymore! If you agreed with Hanako's disgust of Patchwork's old bucket of bolts, you'll enjoy unlocking the rest of the fleet.
Steam post image You'll be making lots of choices as you progress, starting with pilots, mods, and drones. Hmm, Robynn looks even more special today!

Daily Runs
Oh, and there's a new Daily Challenge you can compete on! You start with a set of pilots, drones, and mods on a selected ship and take it from there. You'll be trying some combos that are way out of your confort zone. We'll be watching the leaderboards!
Feedback
Let us know what to improve or tweak! Difficulty, map choices, unlock rates, and overall variety are all areas we're tweaking.
Tons of bug fixes and polish
The list of fixes is enormous and includes some broken mod/card interactions, passives that just didn't work, and misconfigured cards that would always go to the Trash pile when discarded. Oops!
The biggest upgrade is in battle: a huge number of enemy and player card projectile VFX have been leveled up! Here are some of my favorite new monster attacks.

June 19th Bonus Update
We just updated the roguelite beta build for the weekend!
✨ For anyone playing on mobile, fixes for the campaign are on their way - probably landing next week depending on the Crunchyroll pipeline.
Bugs Squashed
🔹Viewing the Hangar (or right clicking) during initial card selection no longer destroys the universe.
🔹Gamepads can now Quit from the mode-selection screen.
🔹Clyde's passive ability trigger returns to the correct text.
🔹Roland's Shiny upgrades now show up.
🔹Heathcliff's jacket can no longer break Roguelite main screen.
🔹Green Reserves now has a tooltip.
🔹Attacks using Cooldowns now show up correctly in the Hangar.
🔹Scramble can no longer permanently prevent cooldown-based abilities from triggering.
🔹Fixed an issue with the Finding Red episode that resulted in no enemy cards after the mid-battle narrative beat.
Tweaks
🔹Daily Run difficulty has been increased 20%.
🔹Ship name and HP show up nicer when in the map.
🔹Two more post-run accolades added.
Polish
🔹New Map Node that lets you make a card Shiny.
🔹Attacks that have extra effects now show up as an extra spiky icon.
🔹The Add-a-Mod-Slot map node gets custom art.
🔹The mode-selection screen quality has been turned up to 11.
🔹Support deleting a Roguelite save from the main screen.
🔹Add InvalidPlay sound when clicking unavailable map nodes.
🔹Improve the Roguelite main screen tab clarity a bit.
🔹Add SFX for Ship Repair node.
🔹Some Japanese and Chinese localization has been integrated for the new mode.
