This update focuses mainly on balance, combat scaling, quality-of-life improvements, and several important fixes.
Balance Changes
Damage now scales differently to prevent absurd damage numbers.
Character defense against monsters now scales differently.
Area skills now have less delay.
Steam Achievements
New Steam achievements have been added for:
Defeating La Wea
Defeating Rob from the Block
Quality of Life
Learning an active skill now automatically adds it to the skill bar.
Warlock
The third ascendancy no longer reduces the amount of souls available for Soul Rush.

Fixes
Fixed an issue where monsters casting skills while players were in a party could cause disconnections.
Fixed an issue where left-clicking moved the mouse to the center of the screen even when the player was not trying to rotate the camera.
Fixed several Mage bugs related to generated charges.
Fixed an issue where standing on top of monsters could make the player “mount” them.
Fixed an area-of-effect bug with Empty Ground.
Fixed an issue where monsters could keep attacking dead players, causing them to die again immediately after reviving.
