Something I enjoyed making and playing. Included with that, here's a small list! The details will be expanded upon in the release patch notes.

It has already been a whole dang year... December 9th returns. Even though in the grand scheme of things not many people know about the game, we still have a bunch of certified sickos enjoying it enough to finish it, speedrun it, and even further beyond!!

And that leads to the fact that Bat to the Heavens is in RTA in Japan Winter on December 30th and AGDQ 2026 on Jan 4th!!!!! (thank you kana and Spirialis for enjoying the game so much and submitting it to these events!!)

I can't thank you enough!! Honestly the passion and enjoyment by these people really has got me going and I felt motivated enough to commit myself to working on an update. I must mention kana, the person running for RTA in Japan, has done a fan translation, and will be adapted into the game as a Japanese translation as well! The sheer dedication is crazy awesome!!!

So, I said I probably wouldn't do anymore content updates and wanted to focus on new game stuff.

To be honest, I wanted to hold true to that, but I wasn't really feeling any of my ideas after prototyping them, and messing around back in bat to the heavens was really fun and got me focused. So... here we are! Back in the batting mines... in my terrible first game code. owell!

What to expect?

Don't expect too much! There IS new content for sure, but it's something you shouldn't expect too much out of. Just a few things that I felt could use more diving into.   • optimization of 30-50% in the CPU! ( hopefully will help!)
