momentum conversion reset
blocks now work as they should
charge now works consistently downwards like upwards
made a notorious puzzle just a little more focused
fixed a bug concerning the player not bouncing when you
unball charge hit

fixed a bug that caused the player sprite to be slightly offset
fixed some visual bugs
fixed another block type you could stuck on with certain properties

changed some shader code to maybe be more efficient
fixed that bug where your hits are wrong when your fps is under 60! Good riddance!
added a setting to load the world in sections. Significantly improved cpu performance at the cost of stuttering / loading between areas let me know how this one works, but I only recommend it if you have a lot of performance issues. If you have over 60 fps, you don't need this option ( unless you want more)
