BARRICADEZ changes
In this update, we've added new traps and enemies! With the new [Item Puller], you can select exactly what items to pull from the facility above. Try it out! It is like a new and improved chest! We are also making adjustments to some crafting processes and recipes. Please check your crafting progress if you load from an older version. *If you are unable to load from alpha 1.11, please contact us by E-mail or the Steam discussions thread
■ New Features
[enemy] New enemy Catcher added *While walking, it will stop arrows, and it can catch and support falling blocks!
[enemy] New enemy Slime added *Slime will catch and melt any arrows fired at it, dealing no damage
[item] Placing a trap of the same type will automatically set its ammo to the same type
[item] Facilities with an inventory will display the first two items held inside
[item] Thrown Bombers can be knocked back with Spring-style traps
[item] New Warp Stone facilities added to The Caves When you unlock a Warp Stone, you can teleport back to the surface *Will be generated at New Game, so give them a try!
[item] New Landmine trap added
[item] New Item Puller facility added
[item] Bridges can now be upgraded Lv1 to Lv4
[skills] New Improved Gunpowder skill added
[other] Can now change trap ammo/fuel with (CTRL + Left Click)
■ Other minor bug fixes
[enemy] Improved problem where enemies [sink] into blocks
[enemy] Fixed bug where Ooze would stop arrows after death
[enemy] Improved visual effect of fire on Butchers and Ooze
[enemy] Green enemy generation delayed until Day 16
[enemy] Every 7th day is a red moon (adjusted to include late game)
[item] Crafting facilities can now output to 2 facilities below *Was limited to 1 facility before
[item] Visual effect added to Pendulum Lv4
[item] Meteorite AoE slightly decreased
[item] Catapult Boulder and Barrel Bomb Aoe slightly increased
[item] Fence can now endure explosions from thrown Bombers (Survives at 1 Durability)
[other] Facility placement while enemies are close is now easier *Can place blocks if vertically far enough from enemies
[other] Excavator Robots now show red on the radar if unable to mine due to range
[other] Can now wide-range repair or collect under UI components
[other] Mouse pointer returns to normal when opening inventory
[other] Building Area right side increased by 1 block space
[other] Improvements to results screen layout and stats
[other] Hotbar scroll mechanics adjusted (Shift + Mouse wheel)
[other] Guide layout and content adjusted
We are planning new play modes and the first round of achievements in our next update! *Current achievements are implemented for testing purposes We are aiming for the next update in mid-July, and we aim to please! *There is a chance that Save Data will become unreadable Thank you so much for supporting BARRICADEZ, and continue protecting the Cradle!
