According to Dreamerr:

  • Switch to desktop mode and get ProtonUp or whatever way you get/update glorious eggroll proton.

  • Install GE-Proton10-8 and set it as the games compatibility tool

  • Disable steam overlay.

  • It crashes every so often but not terrible

I'll update this post if new ways are discovered to get it to run.
