Bandit Simulator - demo udpate

Fellow Bandits,

After here feedback from some of you we've delivered a couple of imporvements and tweaks to the demo including:

• new Papi the Chicken model - improved opening animation - improved control icons for gamepad - improved navigation on trading screens when you use a gamepad - hiding mouse coursor when playing with a gamepad - gold visible on the main UI - numerous small fixes
