Lot's of supertall skyscrapers for you to build and try to balance in these uneven platforms! Also you must beware of building too many Coal Power Plants, as smog will obscure your view! Time to plan on green energy (sorry Don). In other news, a plague of pigeons seems to have arrived to BalanCity, so please ignore the pesky birds as you build.
