在更新1.17版本后，许多玩家向我们反馈了读档崩溃的问题。经过紧急排查，我们确认造成此次事故的原因是开发人员在上线前的内部测试中未能覆盖所有环境，从而未能谨慎评估此问题发生的可能性，在此向广大玩家致歉。此次事故中已发生崩溃的存档可能无法修复，您可以选择退款，或重新开始游戏。此次事故后，我们已针对存档功能加入一套新机制来预防类似事故再次发生。感谢您的支持，再次向您表示我们的歉意。
