Melee attacks now correctly apply elemental bonuses from both items and the weapon.
Added caching for blood splats to reduce spikes during heavy combat.
Added a loot cache to reuse objects instead of spawning new ones.
Limited how many loot pieces can exist per wave to keep the field clean.
Removed collision detection from loot for a noticeable performance boost.
