Backworlds released on Nintendo Switch!

We have been quiet for quite some time here, in part because things have been running smoothly but mostly because we have been busy working on a version of Backworlds for the Nintendo Switch!

This includes improved support for gamepad input and rumble, support for multiple resolutions and some other fixes.

We have been quiet for quite some time here, in part because things have been running smoothly but mostly because we have been busy working on a version of Backworlds for the Nintendo Switch! While Backworlds started as a PC game, we think it is a natural fit for the Switch and we are really happy with how the port came out. It is available on the Nintendo eShop since this morning.

So, what does this mean for the Steam version of the game? some of the changes we made for the Switch version take advantage of the unique hardware, but the more generic improvements we will add to Steam in an upcoming patch. This includes improved support for gamepad input and rumble, support for multiple resolutions and some other fixes.
