In order to escape you will now have to find a Threshold Keycard and use it to request an extraction, the portal will open allowing you to reach the brand new facility located in the real world. Once there, you can initiate the sealing process. Anyone left behind will be moved into spectator mode and will not respawn. The match will continue if Skin Stealers are still present in the facility. This overhaul aims to make rounds more dynamic by separating the escape mechanic from the vaccine research.
