Fixes
Bug when swapping character wasn't loading meta game stats correctly.
Fixed Codex not updating correctly on a few items.
Fixed some items not being localized: "Blank Card".
Fixed some languages having odd word wrapping or words that were falling off the screen.
Performance / Optimization
Did a performance pass focused on Endless mode, where lag was building up the longer a run went. Frame rate in the early-to-mid game is much smoother now.
Reworked enemy effects (blood, fire, poison, etc.) so they only appear when actually needed instead of sitting on every enemy at all times. Big reduction in what the game has to track each frame.
Fire / Poison / Cash status effects now show as floating combat text (e.g. "5 F") instead of particle effects on every enemy. Color-coded by type, with a "!" on crits, and fully localized.
Capped the number of coins and damage numbers on screen at once. Coin value still merges in, so you earn the same amount, just with less on-screen clutter.
Fixed enemy crowd handling that was creating a lot of unnecessary work and memory churn every frame, which caused stutters in big fights.
Various pooling and memory improvements to reduce hitching.
