Aztec cuisine was not only for sustenance or survival. It was a vital part of their religion, culture as well as society and still has an impact on present food creations. The cookbook contains 25 different recipes to bring traditional Aztec and Mexican food to your home. The appetizers, main courses and deserts can be easily recreated in your own kitchen and take you and your taste buds on a culinary journey to Central America.
