AWAKEN — Astral Blade | New Update is Live!

It’s been a while since our last update, but the time has come! We’re excited to bring you a brand-new patch for Awaken - Astral Blade, focusing on gameplay polish, boss rebalancing, and level design improvements. Your feedback continues to be a vital part of our development process – thank you!

Let’s take a look at what’s new:

🖥 PC-Specific Updates

• Fixed bugs related to the Karpas organism

• Optimized post-processing (Bloom effect) for improved visual clarity

• Adjusted screen shake effect for better comfort

• New setting added: You can now toggle screen shake on/off in the options menu

• Steam Deck improvements: Enlarged all in-game text for better readability

• Fixed rare save issue where players had a small chance of losing items

• Mini-map fixes – task markers now display correctly

⚔️ Boss Balancing

• Mech Mutant Prototype: Weakened knockback effect to make encounters more fair

• AdjustedAnti-Infiltration ModelReduced damage and duration of specific skills
• AdjustedFlame Tyrant M9γ / Frozen Regent M9γAdjusted skill damage and cooldowns for improved pacing

• The Despairing Spirit: Toxic spores will no longer knock players down

🧭 Level Design Enhancements

• Electric ball traps no longer knock the player down

• Enemy distribution rebalanced for smoother combat flow

• More moving platforms now allow jumping through

• Drone chase sequence redesigned for a better gameplay experience

• AdjustedOverhanging-Rock Peak areaJump paths improved for smoother traversal

• Improved visibility around the Karpas organism – no more missing dropped items

• New dialogue added after Tania leaves the lab

🛠 Other Fixes

• Multi-GamePad support bug has been fixed

• Seasonal content fix: Christmas trees will now remain silent outside of the holiday season
