What changed
- Gameplay
We would like to highlight the combat movement in Avenging Angel. The STRAFING and DODGING were not part of EA, and when we brought those along, we, based on the feedback from the test players, thought that the game was too easy. The strafing and dodging enabled test players to "dance" around the melee enemies, at least in bigger environment, without receiving one single hit. As we listened to feedback, it became pretty obvious, that this wasn't the whole truth. There are clearly those who wish for a more casual experience and then those who really enjoy a more hard-core on-the-edge-of-your-seat experience. The default game mode is now "normal" as before, but it denotes an easier game. "Hard" is now the difficulty level the game was released with and intended to be played.
