Automon Arena changes
Remember this game? Yeah, me neither. But I DID just release a pretty big demo update. Here's what's in it:
There is a new area type for Events, where things and other stuff can occur. They don't have much variety yet, but the stage is set to create a bunch of other ones
There's no more resting. No sleep. Only fight. Releasing is something you can now do anytime in Capture or Move phase, and upgrades happen immediately upon capturing a duplicate
A lot, and I mean a LOT, of ability and rarity shuffling. Here's the funniest example I could find:
There's now a proper main menu where you can host manually like a boomer or just press PLAY NOW like a zoomer. I'm not recording gifs of a menu though, don't be silly
Tons of UI changes if you couldn't tell, and a bunch of other stuff I forgot
What's next?
I am going to spam about this demo update to everyone who ever had a thought about playing video games and see what happens. Either way, I'll make a TO DO for what I need to have in order to release in Early Access and have the audacity actually charge money for it. It's going to be mostly QoL and meta stuff, with some sprinkles of new gameplay here and there. Stay tuned for that, and tell your favourite streamers about this game, tell them it's like Minecraft but better.
