Automatic Battle:Galaxy General changes
Auto Battle: Galaxy General 1.06 Test Version
The duration and rounds of the test will vary based on feedback. The first test will invite hundreds of players. The purpose of the test is to find bugs and obvious design flaws, and collect players' feelings and opinions. Please forgive me if the game has some shortcomings as it is still in its early stages.
Note
The test version will have a console, which displays debug information about the game's operation.
Note
Save files from the test version will not be compatible with the official version.
New Features
Added two unique hero skills.
These skills can only be exited when the flagship is destroyed. 1.1 Piloting: Allows the hero to control their own flagship, transforming the game mode to keyboard operation. The ship can move forward, backward, left, and right using WASD, brake with the spacebar, and the mouse pointer determines the orientation. Right-click to lock onto a target, providing an action game experience. 1.2 Commanding: Allows the hero to control their own fleet, transforming the game mode into RTS. Right-click to set a target or location.
Added new difficulty options.
Some players have reported that the game is too difficult, so now players have four difficulty levels to choose from. The current version's difficulty will be classified as Master, the highest difficulty level (hero skills cannot be used at this level). Lower difficulties will have more initial ships, equipment, and skill commands to reduce frustration.
Added tutorial videos.
Due to feedback that the game is difficult to get started, tutorial videos in both Chinese and English have been added and can be viewed in the menu. New players must watch them! Videos for the new hero skills have not yet been added.
Added a display of ship fire control radar patterns.
Now, when you left-click on a ship or its icon in the combat interface, you can see the ship's fire control radar, making it easier for players to adjust ship equipment based on radar performance.
Added a version display on the game's start screen.
Added a soft trigger zone to make screen movement less abrupt and intense.
Modifications:
Changed the Closein Weapon System's target selection to all enemies. After an enemy enters the main weapon's attack radius, secondary weapons will automatically attack. Modified the appearance of the flagship StarRiver. Changed the Order Target_Favorite to match the skill AdaptationTarget. Removed installation indication arrows and replaced them with instructional videos.
Bug Fixes:
Fixed an error in ship movement and steering. Fixed several textual description errors. Fixed a bug where failing LEVEL 22.1 and progressing to LEVEL 23.1 caused the storyline to stop. Specifically, in Chapter 3: Decisive Moment 2. Before the new version arrives, players must pass LEVEL 21 or LEVEL 22.1 with a victory to avoid encountering this bug.
