Improved runway movements - Update Notes April 14th

This public beta update is focused on runways but it also adds weight class identifier to callsigns of heavy (H) and super (J) airplanes and functionality to move and resize the flights window.

addedThis public beta update is focused on runways but it also adds weight class identifier to callsigns of heavy (H) and super (J) airplanes and functionality to move and resize the flights window. Also, if the flights window is wide enough the arrivals and departures lists are placed side by side instead of over and under each other.
addedTo resolve some issue with takeoffs and landings and also improve realism an approach stage has been added. The aircraft now spawn further away from the runway and are separated by at least 3 NM (nautical miles, standard minimum separation on approach). Airplanes in the air can be seen in the new radar window. (Tag visibility is controlled by off frequency visibility setting).
removedPlease note that high scores will be difficult in this beta as tower will no longer hold airplanes. Changes to the scoring system is under consideration to be able to use the full range around slot times that is used in real life.
addedRunways can now be configured to only accept certain weight classes and also to use a specific tower frequency.
