New year, new style - Update Notes January 14th

This update to the public beta brings many different things. Among them color customization. Change colors on almost everything from radar tags to runways. Related to this is that the aircraft icons have been reduced in size slightly (including collision shape). If the new size does not feel right, there is now a scale option for the icons (does not affect collision shape).

Also, the pilots will behave more realistic on the radio by remind you about their request after about a minute (unless told to standby or hold position). They will also report when holding short of a runway and waiting for handoff to tower.

The UI has a bit more character with edges to windows and buttons. Also, runway selection has been moved from a settings window to clicking a runway number in-game to active or deactivate the runway.

Removed requirement to save session settings before starting session. This was to make sure the number of airplanes on at the airport at start was not more than the number of stands at the airport. Now the game will automatically reduce the number of airplanes if needed while loading the session.
