Now first we'd like to apologize for the slowdown in updates - we're just a small team that's working on the game in our spare time. That being said, there has been a change for a little detail on Steam....

That's right! We're self-published now! This gives us more incentive to improve the game since the proceeds go directly to us rather than someone else. And that's why we worked hard to bring back online!

Of course, there's still a lot that can be improved on. So without further ado, here's a bit of our 2025 plans:

Improved Online Play

We've increased the visibility of yourself by adjusting the spotlight for the next update. We're also looking into bringing back teams, since that's been broken for a bit.

Our composer has written a new track for us that will now play on the main menu! It's already in the game and will be in the next update. Here's a sneak peek:

UI Overhaul

We're looking to do a complete UI overhaul, as the current one we have is hard to work with, not very performant, and could be a lot cleaner.

Things like a better map select screen, better weapon select, Steam Deck support and other things are being discussed.

MAGFest 2025

We'll be at MAGFest 2025! This is actually our Play some rounds and say hi to us. We'll be throwing a tournament where you can win keys and maybe some other goodies, and we'll be featured in the return of MAGFest Versus! It'll be the first time showing the game at a con for a while, and we can't wait!

10th Anniversary

2025 is our 10th Anniversary since working on the game as college students! (Also why its been taking so long... updating 10-year-old code written by amateurs is not an easy task)

So thank you everyone for your support! We really appreciate it, especially since we came back all of a sudden after silence for many years.
