Hello, support for Astral Throne is winding down, but there was still some things we wanted to address.

Optimization
Generally improved performance all-around
Especially improved performance of multiple performance-demanding encounters
Bugs Fixed
Fixed rare issue where Act 3’s overworld layout wouldn’t let you access the shops
Fixed rare issue where defeating a Starblind after saving and loading would freeze the game
Fixed issue where butterfly mounts would briefly morph into godless horse-like monstrosities when using the frog Familiar
Fixed issue where the “Orb Trap” Barrier Skill and “Sticky Goo” Weapon Skill would not grant exp when used
Fixed issue where buying an item and immediately consuming it wouldn’t add it to the Codex
Gameplay Additions
The demo is back up!
It ends when the Act 1 Siege starts. Try before you buy!

Sequel Announced
Astral Throne support is winding down because we're working full-time on its sequel: Astral Throne II: Age of the Phoenix!
In short, it's the culmination of all the updates we wanted to add to Astral Throne, but felt they were too transformative. It will have:
A new artstyle, inspired by the HD-2D style of Octopath Traveler
Improved UI made for controllers and Steam Deck first and foremost
A new story written by an actual fantasy author
A slightly different run and metaprogression format
