Known issue update: cutscenes on PC locked to 30 FPS (workaround)

Hello Assassins, We are aware that there is an issue where cutscenes on PC are locked to 30 FPS when using Raytracing, BVH or Terrain Quality at Ultra High setting.

changedWe have a fix coming soon, but in the meantime, we've provided a temporary workaround: Reset the graphics Overall Preset to any pre-configured setting and avoid manually setting Raytracing, BVH or Terrain Quality to the Ultra High setting.
