Visual Fidelity & Performance Update Patch (2.6.0)

+ Changed some material shaders + Set DLSS4.5 From Quality (x1.5) to Balanced (x1.7) + Generated some Lightmap and changed some of those settings not sure if it even did anything.

fixed+ Fixed up jump billboard icon and redone the lighting and extra touch-up to the 1st character.
