Hunting down Nazis always begins with gathering proof of their evil deeds. Once it's known what exact crimes each of them has committed, task team gets ready for deployment.

However, before that, office has to establish suspect's location first. And only then the operation is green-lit. As you see, it is a very elaborate chain of analysis, but in the end it should prove worthy of effort.
