changedThis update delivers a wide range of systemic fixes and quality-of-life improvements across Verra. Settlement and Mayoral Commission boons now apply correctly without unintended stacking, service buildings properly consume expansion points, and Buy Orders are once again honored by Requisition Agents.
fixedHarbinger events now conclude as intended, preventing characters from becoming permanently flagged as combatants, while PvP interactions have been refined to require intentional targeting - even for area of effects. Ocean travel is safer with adjusted northern boundaries, crates are once again gated behind proper Settlement progression, and long-standing quirks - from invisible Dracaena to guild war permissions - have been resolved.
