Ascendant Dawn changes
This is a combination of some changes I've been intending to do and feedback from next fest.
-Reduced consumption of a variety of resources such as clothes and wine.
-Increased the amount of wine produced by tribes.
-When producing resources as a tribe UI will appear to show gained resources.
-Livestock breed faster and punishment for no pastures has been made slightly less harsh.
-Added new techs.
-Tribal famines are now more apparent.
-Decreased the amount of tools produces by tribes.
-Improved livestock management UI.
-Added events.
-Added some more tooltips in places.
-Food gained by foraging has been increased.
-Increased Carry capacity
-Added marker denoting the location of the player tribe.
-Added an option to remove shift tilt (distance based blur)
