Arkansas 2125 Beta 0.3 – Full Changelog

Today's Beta 0.3 update is now live! Here's everything that's new:

New Weapons

• Scrap Knife

  

• Electro Axe

  

• K47 Assault Rifle (Drum Mag)

  

• M4 Carbine + 5.56 mm ammunition

  

The Scrap Knife now replaces the regular knife in Thomas's house and in Barnabas's cabinet in Clearwater. The Clearwater Quartermaster can now also sell knives.

New Sounds

Added sound effects for:

• Opening and closing cabinets, refrigerators, doors, sliding doors, and hatches

• Sleeping (snoring)

• Charging the Farm Restorer

• Various other interactive objects

Action Points System

A new Action Point (AP) system has been added to combat. The number of AP depends on your Dexterity:

• Dexterity 1–3 → 3 AP

• Dexterity 4–7 → 4 AP

• Dexterity 8–10 → 5 AP

Action costs:

• Move – 2 AP

• Melee attack / Shoot – 2 AP

• Multishot – 3 AP

• Eat / Drink – 1 AP

• Reload – 1 AP

Your remaining Action Points are displayed in orange in the combat console during your turn.

World & Content

• Updated posters in Silverton, Little Rock, and FoodMart.

• Added a Periodic Table to the FoodMart underground.

• Added new dialogue with General Rowan before the final battle.

• Added a pre-war newspaper explaining why Arkansas became a desert.

  

• Added underground tunnels beneath the Texas Bandit Camp with two additional bandits to defeat.

• Added a Bullet Machine near the weapon shop in Pinehill.

  

• Nights are now slightly brighter for improved visibility.

Gameplay

• Zombies now have a 10% chance to irradiate the player with a special attack.

• Newly picked up, purchased, or looted items are now placed at the top of the inventory.

• Tents in both the Bandit Camp and Army Camp have been rotated so their entrances face forward.

User Interface

• Added X and Discord buttons to the main menu for quick access to the community.

• Added a dollar counter to the Inventory panel
