addedSince the last dev log you might see that there have been fewer updates on the project overall. Now that I graduated from unemployed to fully employed, the speed of progress on my game has been greatly reduced. As I've been working on the game on and off. This past month I've dealing with moving places and family members, settling into my new work life and schedule. Like an unannounced hiatus break. (Which explains the slow update)
changedSince the last dev log you might see that there have been fewer updates on the project overall. To trace back the history of this game. It starts as a thesis project for my game design class. I wanted this game to be more than just a student project, so I pushed it forward and entered various events. Now we are here, way further than what I initially planned. At the start, I plan to make a small game for a fast release. But now that I've got a job, there is no need to rush but all the while less time to work on it too.
changedSo this is how the plan for this game going forward in the next year! Also now that I'm not a broke college student I can put more funds into other aspects like art and sound. And hopefully, I can gain more experience from work to make my game even better!

Greetings everyone to the dev log yet again!

Since the last dev log you might see that there have been fewer updates on the project overall.

Simply put, I've just got a full-time job as a game dev for a small indie studio called BitEgg Inc. They have quite a promising title coming, which has stacked up quite a bit of a wishlists. That is none other than "Lost and Found Co." It's been an honor and a great experience so far!

Now that I graduated from unemployed to fully employed, the speed of progress on my game has been greatly reduced. As I've been working on the game on and off. This past month I've dealing with moving places and family members, settling into my new work life and schedule. Like an unannounced hiatus break. (Which explains the slow update)

So this is how the plan for this game going forward in the next year!

I will keep working on the game and fully intend to finish it. With this opportunity, I won't have to rush to release it but take my time to polish it to satisfaction. Originally this would take just a year to finish, but now going forward it would probably need a few more years. (Ideally one or two years.)

Also now that I'm not a broke college student I can put more funds into other aspects like art and sound. And hopefully, I can gain more experience from work to make my game even better!

It's going to be a long journey onward from this point. I'll be glad if you are interested in following this adventure. And fully understand the dissatisfaction with the change in direction.

I'll be back next month in the dev log like usual, and try to bring something new to show.

Stay safe and happy new year!
