Server Changes:

Special Fish Registration Restriction (#1232 – aledg994)

Now only Workers can register special fish; non-Workers receive system message 2168 and the action is canceled.

Macro Control: ARCANOUS_ROAR (#1231 – ReyarB)

This spell is reinstated, correcting the accidental reversion of PR #1210.

Rune Refactoring and FastTravel Support (#1191 – Centtorios, commit a13bb6e)

The new FastTravel rune has been added with a configurable cooldown per item.

Rune and action management has been reorganized for greater clarity and ease of maintenance.

Main changes:

> Code/Actions.bas: Cleaned-up logic, use of message constants, support for MesonSafePassage and FastTravel.

> Code/Declares.bas: New FastTravel enumeration in e_RuneType.

> Code/FileIO.bas: Updated INI keys and reading of the Cooldown field.

> Code/InvUser.bas: Use of object cooldown for action timers.

> modMessageIDs.bas: New messages for successful teleports and invalid attempts.

- Map 577 (Mines of Doom): Added 1 Dactyl and 1 Emerald Spider

- Map 578 (Mines of Doom): Added 1 Poisonous Spider and 1 Emerald Spider

- Removed the NO-DROP property from Maps 577 and 578 (Mines of Doom)

- Map 394 (Frogian Cave): Added 1 Sorcerer Frogian

- Map 306 (Frozen Cavern): Removed 1 Arctic Troll

- Map 145 (Veril Dungeon): Removed 1 Ghost Galleon

[QUEST]

- Added a new quest for NPC April, available to Patreon House owners.

- Reptilian Frogian: Reduces its GLD to 50 (60 >> 50)

- Blue Frogian: Reduces its GLD to 60 (68 >> 60)

- Sorcerer Frogian: Reduces its GLD to 55 (70 >> 55)

- Arctic Suid: Reduces its EXP to 3375 (4275 >> 3375), reduces its GLD to 115 (130 >> 115)

- Arctic Troll: Removes its elemental property: Water.

- Ogre: Reduces its GLD to 120 (135 >> 120)

- Warrior Ogre: Reduces its GLD to 125 (145 >> 125)
