addedA New Era for ArdemThe biggest change is our foundation and growth. Thanks to new private funding, we are currently in the process of scaling up from a passion project to a "real studio". We are expanding our team to 15 full-time developers and are currently setting up entirely new professional workflows, pipelines, and tech-infrastructure.
addedA New Era for ArdemWhile structuring a studio takes time, this heavy focus on deep pre-production and organization is already paying off. Our growing team is setting everything up perfectly so that once full-scale development kicks off, we can hit the ground running. With this new foundation being laid right now, you can expect a much higher frequency of sneak peeks, concept updates, and devblogs moving forward.
addedNew Website & Official RoadmapTo keep you better informed, we are excited to announce that we are working on a brand-new website! This will be the central hub for all things Ardem , including our Official Roadmap .
changedNew Website & Official RoadmapYou’ll be able to see exactly what we’re working on, what’s coming next, and how we’re tracking toward our goals. Stay tuned for the link coming very soon!

changedClosed Testing & NDA ApplicationsWhile the public playtest is in August, we will be opening applications for smaller, closed testing groups under NDA in the coming weeks. These groups will focus on bug-finding and deep-level polishing. If you want to help us "break" the game so we can fix it, we want you on board. Your voice counts.

It’s been a little while since our last formal update, and we wanted to pull back the curtain on what’s been happening behind the scenes at Techtive Games. We are currently in the strongest position we have ever been in, and we’re excited to share the next steps for Ardem.

A New Era for Ardem

The biggest change is our foundation and growth. Thanks to new private funding, we are currently in the process of scaling up from a passion project to a "real studio". We are expanding our team to 15 full-time developers and are currently setting up entirely new professional workflows, pipelines, and tech-infrastructure.

While structuring a studio takes time, this heavy focus on deep pre-production and organization is already paying off. Our growing team is setting everything up perfectly so that once full-scale development kicks off, we can hit the ground running. With this new foundation being laid right now, you can expect a much higher frequency of sneak peeks, concept updates, and devblogs moving forward.

We also want to share some milestones that have honestly left us speechless:

This level of interest is something we never could have expected. It is both humbling and a massive responsibility. Seeing so many of you excited for Ardem reinforces one core belief: You only get one shot to make a first impression, and we have to make ours count.

Transparency & The Road to August 31st

Because we want to do it right the first time, and because we want your first experience to be as smooth, fun, and engaging as possible, we have made the decision to set the Public Playtest date for August 31, 2026.

We want to be as transparent as possible: this extra time allows our expanded team of skilled developers to ensure everything works exactly as intended. We aren't just shipping a build; we are delivering the vision of Ardem that you deserve.

New Website & Official Roadmap

To keep you better informed, we are excited to announce that we are working on a brand-new website! This will be the central hub for all things Ardem, including our Official Roadmap.

You’ll be able to see exactly what we’re working on, what’s coming next, and how we’re tracking toward our goals. Stay tuned for the link coming very soon!

Closed Testing & NDA Applications

While the public playtest is in August, we will be opening applications for smaller, closed testing groups under NDA in the coming weeks. These groups will focus on bug-finding and deep-level polishing. If you want to help us "break" the game so we can fix it, we want you on board. Your voice counts.

We See You

We read your comments on TikTok, we follow the Discord chats, and we see every suggestion and thoughts you are sharing. We are watching, we are noting things down, and we are working harder than ever to stay organized and deliver something special.

Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Let's make August 31st a day to remember.
