Steam Input Update

Another requested feature is here: ArcRacer now supports the full Steam Input API. Besides fixing some lingering input issues and irregularities, gamepad controls can be fully remapped! Steer with gyro controls if you so desire.

Future updates will focus on improving the track editor, but if there's a missing feature you're dying to see in ArcRacer, share your thoughts! More tracks? A grand prix mode? Multiplayer? The world is full of wonder.
