Arcadian Atlas changes
Heya, folks!
Welcome to Arcadian Updates, where we share exciting tidbits about Arcadian Atlas that the Twin Otter team is working on, including new maps, classes, mechanics, and much more! Continue to tune in for further goodies!
Steam Next Fest
Ask and you shall receive! Arcadian Atlas is participating in Steam Next Fest (February 6th - 13th) where you’ll be able to play our demo!
However, we're a smidge early to the party....
Just couldn’t wait any longer for everyone to get a taste of Arcadian Atlas, so we are making the demo live today!!
Keep going for a sneak peak at what's included:
Opening Cinematic
Enjoy the game’s opening cinematic to get an idea of the history and turmoil that fill the land of Arcadia. The opening sets the scene for Arcadian Atlas’ story, preparing you for the many trials to come.
Inside the Throne Room
Lucretia is caught by Wulff while attempting to sneak into the castle to prove the King, her father, is being poisoned. After a brief exchange of not-so-pleasantries, Lucretia slips away while her guards buy her time.
Throne Room Battle
Taking control of Vashti, Desmond, and Eda, fight against Lucretia’s secret guards and defend Queen Venezia. Experience the basics of battle in Arcadian Atlas as you bloody the halls of the castle.
Improvements
If you’ve played any of our previous demos and provided us with feedback, you might notice we’ve made some improvements based on your suggestions. We are most excited about the skill tooltips we’ve implemented, so keep an eye out for the Skill Info Box and Skill Range and let us know what you think! There are tons of other Quality Of Life improvements and tweaks we've made based on your suggestions, so please continue to help us make this game the absolute best it can be!
Play It for Yourself
We don’t want to give away everything now, so go experience the demo for yourself!
Feel free to stream/record your playthrough, you might even get a shout-out from us & our fans sent your way!
We’d Love Your Honest Feedback
Once you get your hands on the demo, we’d love to know what you think! We are nearing the end of development on Arcadian Atlas and this will likely be the last chance for us to implement player feedback into the final game. Comment your thoughts about the demo on this update, tag us on social media, and feel free to stream your playthrough (we’ll be dropping by streams to see your reactions). Pop into our Discord and share your feedback in the #support channel, the team is looking forward to hearing from ya!
We can't wait to show off more Arcadian Atlas content in February! Stay tuned for more on our socials!
