Apocalypse Express changes
Balance/Additions
Removed radar upgrade that increases difficulty, it now gives more coal/repair during minigames
Added new animations and effects while overfilling to have it clearer when overfill is low
All enemies will start shooting at you sooner after they spawn. The cooldowns between attacks are still the same, but the first cooldown is now shorter.
Added scramble effect to W3 Boss for better readability

More fixes for Scramble effect persisting
Potentially fixed issue where w3 boss would not die
Fixed overfill and toolbox station texts to match their state
Fixed issue causing radar upgrades to be applied twice
Fixed issue with enhanced missiles upgrade where missiles would have a ton of health and be very load
EMP now works on suicide birds
Scrambler no longer scrambles while hacked
Harden Speed upgrade no longer stacks indefinitely allowing infinite speed
Fixed core counter getting stuck on 999 after being scrambled
Fixed various small enemy issues
Helicopter now applies burn even if he is killed during the attack
